What began as a small idea during a meditation session in a yoga studio has blossomed into our passion and purpose. For over 7 years, we have been providing in-person yoga teacher training at our studios in Staffordshire. However, in 2016, we realised the importance of making yoga teacher training more inclusive and accessible. While the idea of traveling to India or Bali for an immersive month-long training may seem like a dream, it may not be feasible for a lot of people. We have responsibilities - children, careers, and other commitments. That's precisely why we developed our online yoga teacher training courses and became the world's first accredited online yoga teacher training school.
