Use of the YogaCourse.com website is subject to Terms & Conditions and Copyright. Please ensure that you have read and understood the YogaCourse.Com terms and conditions, before placing your order. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the YogaCourse.Com website

Your use of the Web pages located within www.yogacourse.com ("Website") are subject to the terms set out below ("Terms"). These Terms apply only to this Website and not to any other website. Your use of any pages on the Website will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms. We may amend the Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site

Terms of Use

YogaCourse.Com grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website, subject to the Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, sell, resell, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose the Website without the express written consent of YogaCourse.Com. You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout and form) of YogaCourse.com and/or its affiliates or licensors without the express written consent of YogaCourse.Com. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising YogaCourse.Com name or Marks without the express written consent of YogaCourse.Com. Any unauthorised use terminates the license granted by YogaCourse.Com.

This website is provided by Yogacourse.Com on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YogaCourse.Com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site, or the information, content or materials included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

Learning Materials

All study materials provided are intended for individual personal use and are protected under English and International copyright laws and conventions and may not be published, copied, sold or otherwise reproduced or distributed.

Students are granted lifetime access to their purchased course material, only if payment has been received by Yogacourse.com in full and the course has been fully completed. Lifetime access is available for as long as Yogacourse.com is trading. This is not applicable to Accelerate students. 

Extension of Time

Students can apply for an extension of time to complete their course if needed at an additional cost. This is only applicable within 3 months of course expiry date and at the master yoga teachers discretion. Failure to extend in the given time will result in all content covered so far being lost and access to the course forfeited.

 

Closed Accounts

If a student's course account remains inactive or dormant—meaning the course has not been accessed, completed, or extended—within three (3) months of the course expiry date, the account will be closed. Once an account is closed:

  • All progress and access to course materials will be permanently lost.

  • The student will no longer have access to any content covered so far.

  • Re-enrollment in the course will require purchasing the program again at the current rate.

It is the student's responsibility to track their course access period and apply for an Extension of Time within the allowed timeframe if additional time is required to complete the course. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all content and progress made.

 

Definitions

YogaCourse.Com means YogaCourse.Com Ltd

"Distance Learning Package" shall mean the course(s) identified, all related Materials and support, where applicable; "Materials" means the learning materials and books for the YogaCourse.Com course or any part of them;

"Services" means the support and tuition relating to the chosen YogaCourse.Com, as described on the website;

"Support Period" means one year from the date of the Sale Agreement or otherwise as stated in your course materials;

"Price" means the price of the Materials, Tutor Support Services, Student Registration and Certification Fees, but does not include postage and packing;

Payments

We agree to sell, and you agree to buy the Distance Learning Package for the Total Cost/Cash Price and on the terms set out in this document.

Students will have a full 12 months to complete from signing up unless other wise agreed with Yoga Course in writing and a date confirmed.

All payments are in GBP sterling.

Under no circumstances shall we be deemed to have received payment until payment has been received by us in full.

The price payable includes Awarding Body registration and certification fees for the 200 hour enhanced course only.

We reserve the right to change the amount of the cost of the course for new purchases. If a course has already been brought, the cost will not change. The current price for any given course will be displayed on the website.

Customers who cancel Direct Debit payments will automatically have their course Deactivated/Suspended and will be required to make alternative arrangements to cover the full outstanding cost as soon as possible. If no contact is made within 48 hours to reinstate your direct debit payments an admin fee of up to £80 will be added to the account which will need to be paid before the direct debit is reinstated and the course can be continued. The full cost of the course must be paid regardless of progress on the course. Progress/Pace is determined by the student. Yoga Course does not take any responsibility for students not completing the course. 

Failure to make the full payment of the course will result in the case being sent to a debt collection agency and possibly court action. We will try our best to reach a reasonable agreement but if this cannot be achieved, we reserve the right to reclaim any outstanding payments through a third party for up to 6 years after signing up for the course. 

Learners will not be provided with additional time to complete their course to cover any suspended period due to instalment issues.

YogaCourse.com will add any missed Direct Debit payment that is returned by the bank to the Direct Debit payment due the following month. In some cases, this will result in a double payment and the customer is required to make sure that sufficient funds are available to cover this. Where possible, YogaCourse.Com will attempt to make the payment from your original payment method (credit/debit card).

Learners will incur additional charges for failed payments, charged at £12 per failed payment and £12 for any subsequent correspondence via email, letter or phone call.

It is the responsibility of the learner to ensure direct debits are sent to YogaCouse.com each month until full payment is made. 

A course will be frozen for a maximum of 6 months. This will be decided on a case by case basis and not automatically given. A date must be agreed upon. The course cannot be frozen for longer under any circumstances. 

 

Accelerate Course 

The Accelerate teacher training course is a 6-week structured course. Dates cannot be changed or modified. Instalments are not an option for this course - pay in full only. No refunds will be given once the course starts.

YogaCourse.com is not responsible for students who do not complete the course during the set dates. Students will start and finish at the same time. No refunds or extensions will be given. 

Access to the course will expire 2 weeks after the course finishes. 

Yoga Course is not responsible for the Yoga Alliance International Fee. The certificate provided will be from the Yoga course. If a student would like to register with Yoga Alliance International they must do this themselves. 

Yoga Alliance International Europe (YAI) Accelerate Course 

Upon completion and passing of all examinations, you will receive a YogaCourse.Com Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, granting you eligibility to register with the globally recognised Yoga Alliance International as an RYT. 

In regards to registering -

  • If you have signed up for the 200-hour enhanced course - part of your investment is to be registered with the YAI. You don’t have to register with the YAI if you do not want to.  However, if you’d like to be on the YAI register and be recognised as an RYT-200, you will need to fill out the registration form given on completion of passing your final assessment. YogaCourse.com will share your information with YAI, who will then use this information to set up your own personal page on their website.  
  • For all other courses, if you would like to sign up for YAI you will need to do this separately.
  • We will provide you with all the links and information required.
  • Please contact YAI for up to date prices. 

Refund Policy 

What if you change your mind:

Once sign up has been completed, students have 14 days (cooling-off period) to change their minds and cancel their course. A  refund will be returned within 28 days, subject to a deduction of an £80 administrative fee. If the course has been started no refunds will be given even during this cooling off period. If the student is unable to complete the course due to a serious medical reason they must first contact the Course Director by emailing info@yogacourse.com. Each refund claim will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  This is not applicable to accelerate course. 

Students who wish to withdraw from the course after the 14-day cooling-off period:

Students who fail to complete the full course or wish to withdraw from the course after the 14-day cooling-off period, will be responsible for payment of the full course fees/cost. If the student is unable to complete the course due to a serious medical reasons they must first contact the Course Director by emailing info@yogacourse.com a doctors note will be required. Each refund claim will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  

Procedure on how to make a cancellation:

Students should write to the Course Director by emailing info@yogacourse.com  as soon as possible, giving the reasons for withdrawing from the course and upload evidence to support their claim. 

A refund is not possible for the Accelerate Course. 

Refunds will not be given to students who sign up for the 200-hour blend course, but swap over to the fully online course during the course time period. 

Services Provided

During the Support Period, you will be provided with support and tuition as set out on the website or materials. You have 12 months to complete your chosen course. (This is not applicable to the Accelerate course). The 12-month period activates upon registration of your course. An account that has exceeded the 12-month period and has not been completed will be deactivated and will only be reactivated upon request and when any charges/fees have been agreed upon and paid. 

If requested, we may at our sole discretion, extend the Support Period which may incur an agreed fee. This is not applicable to the Accelerate course. 

A copy of student coursework is required for audit purposes and unless we receive a written request to the contrary, coursework submitted to YogaCourse.Com for marking will not be returned and is sent entirely at the responsibility of the student. Students are advised to keep copies of all work submitted to YogaCourse.Com.

If you are sitting an external examination at the end of your course, we will provide you with such information as we have in our possession to assist you in making such examination arrangements. In all other respects, you will be solely responsible for making arrangements to enable you to sit the examination and for any fees in relation to it.

If we, at our sole discretion, assist you in making your examination arrangements by providing you with information about the time and location of local examinations or reserving an examination place for you, you acknowledge that we shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by you as a result of inaccurate information provided in connection with any such arrangement.

YogaCourse.Com with a number of Awarding Organisations (AOs) and reserves the right to arrange learner certification through alternative AOs other than those advertised should the need arise due to operational requirements.

Awarding Organisations (AOs) may update their course specifications at any time. While YogaCourse.Com will endeavour to give adequate notice to learners should any actions be required on their part, YogaCourse.Com are not obliged to offer any compensation or refunds to learners if such an event occurs.

Your tutor will normally mark your assignment within 2 working days, although around holiday times it may take a little longer. If you submit more than one assignment at once, your tutor is not expected to mark and provide feedback for every assignment submitted, within the initial 2 working days. If you have not received feedback for an assignment after more than 3 days, please contact us via email.

Your tutor will need to retain your assignments for moderation purposes (checking by another person). Tutor support is inclusive of answering queries and marking work, completion within your tutor support period is mandatory - work submitted after your support period has ended will not be marked unless an extension is granted.

Students who have exceeded their 12-month support period will be liable to pay an extension fee in order to continue studying towards completion. This is not applicable for accelerate students as the course duration is 6 weeks and not 12 months. Extension fees are currently charged at £100 per month, £250 for 6 months or £315 to extend by a full year. Extensions are granted at our discretion. No extensions will be given to Accelerate students. Extension fees will not be included in any promotional offers.

Learner work and tutor feedback received will be scanned into our system and stored indefinitely, and original documents destroyed. Some AOs may also retain a copy of learner work and tutor feedback for their records. If you require a paper copy of your work posted to your address, there will be an administration and postage charge of £10 each time a copy is sent.

Postage costs for learner work submitted to YogaCourse.Com must be paid by the learner. In cases where sufficient postage has not been paid and affixed, YogaCourse.com will recover a £10 administration fee from the learner to cover the cost of retrieving the work. We are unable to mark work where an administration fee is outstanding.

Students who wish to place their course on hold in extenuating circumstances such as a medical issue, will have their case reviewed by our management team, there is no guarantee that we'll approve the request. A date must be fixed in order for the course to be frozen. We cannot freeze a course for longer than 12 months. 

Blend course students will be charged a £50 admin fee for any date changes or cancellations of your reserved weekend. If a blend upgrade has been paid for, there will be a £50 cancellation charge but the remaining £150 can be put towards any other course. No refunds will be given. 

Students are reminded this is an adult online learning programme. Students are responsible for their own learning and time management. Yogacourse.com will not pursue students to complete the course. This is the student's full responsibility. 

Warranties and Limitations of Liability

We warrant that the Materials will be of satisfactory quality but do not warrant that the Materials will be error-free.

We warrant that we will perform any services provided hereunder with reasonable skill and care.

Other than in respect of liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, we shall not be liable for: (a) losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when this Agreement was made; (b) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part; or (c) business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.

Our liability for direct losses arising out of our negligence (other than in respect of liability for death or personal injury), breach of contract or any other cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total price paid for the Distance Learning Package as quoted.

Other than in respect of liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or your liabilities to third parties) which you may suffer arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Medical Waiver

I am or will be participating in the 200-hour Online/ Blend/ Accelerate/ 300 / 500 teacher training programme offered by Yoga Course.Com, certified by Yoga Alliance International, through Yoga Course.Com. I understand that yoga entails strenuous physical activity, and that participation may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I understand that yoga is an individual experience and that I will progress at my own pace. Should I experience any discomfort, I will seek medical advice and I will make contact with Yoga Course.Com and ask for help with modifications/adjustments if required. If at any point I feel overexertion or fatigued, I will respect my body’s limitations and rest before continuing on with my individual practice. 

I understand that yoga instruction requires me to engage in intense physical activity, which may be amplified depending upon the temperature of the room/location used. I realise that, as with any physical activity, yoga is potentially hazardous and may result in serious bodily injury. I am fully aware of, and accept, the risks and hazards involved. My participation is voluntary, and I accept all liability. I forever release and discharge Yoga Course. Com, including all owners, managers, coaches, instructors, and others acting on their behalf, of and from any and all claims, causes of action, judgements, or other losses sustained by myself which are in any way related to my participation.

I confirm I am in good health and have not been diagnosed with any type of medical issue or experienced any type of symptoms that would affect my ability to participate. Furthermore, I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during my yoga practice. I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Yoga Course.Com as to when, where, and how to perform the yoga exercises, it is understood that any deviation by me from such instruction shall be at my own risk.

In mitigating circumstances, Yoga Course.Com may look to extend the duration of the learning but this will be done on a case by case basis.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you are fully accepting the above medical waiver. If there is anything that you are unsure of, please make contact with Yoga Course. Com prior to accepting the above agreement.

Other Terms

No relaxation or waiver of any clause or term which we may extend to you shall affect our rights under these Terms and Conditions.

The failure of YogaCourse.Com to exercise or enforce any term of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such term.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be unenforceable by a Court of Law the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in force.

All liabilities or obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable against you after the termination of this Agreement.

No Third Parties: No third parties shall have any rights under this Agreement, except that Producers may enforce the terms herein against you, and indemnified parties may enforce indemnification rights.

Force Majeure: YogaCourse.Com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God; natural disasters; wars; civil or military disturbances; sabotage; strikes; epidemics; riots; power failures; computer failure; loss or malfunction of utility, transportation, computer (hardware or software) or telephone communication service; accidents; acts of civil or military authority; governmental actions; or inability to obtain labour, material, equipment or transportation.

In the event that the YogaCourse.Com website may experience any technical issues, we would anticipate that our technical support team would work to rectify any problems within 1-3 hours.  If you experience any technical issues whilst using the website, please inform us using the following email address info@yogacourse.com. YogaCourse.Com accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity as a result of any disruption caused by technical issues experienced with the website or learning/support materials provided.

You will notify us immediately, in writing, of any change in the address specified. Any notices required to be served under these Terms and Conditions will be deemed properly served if sent by way of email or pre-paid post to your last known address.

Special Offers – YogaCourse.Com have the right to cancel any order that does not comply with special offer terms regardless of discount codes used at checkout. Course extensions, Course upgrades and Student Mentor programmes are not included in any sitewide promotional offers. 

YogaCourse.Com works with many Reseller organisations and you may find their prices differ from the prices advertised on the YogaCourse.com website this will be due to promotions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  Any dispute that you have which relates to these terms and conditions will subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Our courses are written around legislation as it relates to England. There may be differences between English legislation and legislation in other parts of the world. Questions can be answered based on local laws where appropriate.  Your tutor would need to be notified of this when a particular question was answered.

Non-Disparagement

If You are found to be slandering, Yogacourse.com, or otherwise disparaging Our Company offering(s), or related materials at our discretion, You will be immediately removed from the course (s) and any related communications. We reserve the right to file a civil claim of action against You for any such damaging actions You take that materially harm Our Company.

Behaviour

Yogacourse.com will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour towards members of staff and other course students (including bullying, harassment and victimisation). This may involve actions, words or physical gestures that could reasonably be perceived to be the cause of another person’s distress or discomfort. If this is found to be happening Yogacourse.com reserves the right to deactivate the course(s) immediately and the student will be removed from all communications with the company.  No extensions will be offered.

Students who go on to lead yoga teacher trainings or have involvement in anyway with trainings within 5 years of completion, with lose access to their account and all content. Our content must not be used in anyway and must not be shared with others. Failure to comply will lead to legal action. 

Disclaimer

While we make every effort to keep YogaCourse.Com up to date, we do not provide any guarantees, conditions or warranties that the information will be:

  • current
  • secure
  • accurate
  • complete
  • free from bugs or viruses

We are not liable for any loss or damage that may come from using YogaCourse.com. This includes:

  • any direct, indirect or consequential losses
  • any loss or damage caused by civil wrongs (‘tort’, including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise
  • the use of YogaCourse.com and any websites that are linked to or from it
  • the inability to use YogaCourse.com and any websites that are linked to or from it

This applies if the loss or damage was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you advised us that it might happen.

This includes (but is not limited to) the loss of your:

  • income or revenue
  • salary, benefits or other payments
  • business
  • profits or contracts
  • opportunity
  • anticipated savings
  • data
  • goodwill or reputation
  • tangible property
  • intangible property, including loss, corruption or damage to data or any computer system
  • wasted management or office time

Requests to remove content

You can ask for content to be removed from YogaCourse.com. We’ll remove content:

  • In order to comply with data protection legislation covering the rights and freedoms of individuals.
  • If it breaches copyright laws, contains sensitive personal data or material that may be considered obscene or defamatory.
  • Contact us to ask for content to be removed. You’ll need to send us the web address (URL) of the content and explain why you think it should be removed. We’ll reply to let you know whether we’ll remove it.

Virus Protection

We make every effort to check and test YogaCourse.Com for viruses at every stage of production.  You must make sure that the way you use YogaCourse.com does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which can damage your computer system.  We are not responsible for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or computer system that may happen when you use YogaCourse.Com.

Viruses, Hacking, and other offences

When using YogaCourse.Com you must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other materials that are malicious or technologically harmful. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to YogaCourse.Com, the server on which it is stored or any server, computer database connected to it.  You must not attack YogaCourse.Com in any way.  This includes denial of service attacks.

We will report any attacks or attempts to gain unauthorised access to YogaCourse.Com to the relevant law enforcement authorities and share information about you with them.

Information about you and your visits to YogaCourse.Com

We collect information about you in accordance with our privacy policy and our cookie policy. By using YogaCourse.Com, you agree to us collecting this information and confirm that any data you provide is accurate.

Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

You agree that, in relation to information, which we hold on you from time to time, we may:

  • Use your information to provide the materials to you and otherwise perform our obligations and enforce our rights under these Terms and Conditions.
  • Use your information to inform you about our other courses, products or services which may be of interest to you.
  • Share your information with our group and associated companies(YAI), to enable them to inform you about other products or services which may be of interest to you.
  • You have a legal right to stop us from contacting you or giving your details to others for direct marketing purposes, you can do this by contacting us by mail, email, or phone.
  • A copy of the full privacy statement can be viewed on our website.

Complaints

In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with the course materials or services provided by YogaCourse.Com in the first instance we would ask that you make contact us via the following email address info@yogacourse.com to register your complaint, this will then be communicated internally and we will make an initial response within 48 hours during Monday-Friday.

Your complaint will be assessed for validity and a decision over any action required will be considered.

You will be informed of any appropriate outcome or actions within 5 working days.

Yoga Retreats

Payments for retreats are non-refundable unless cancelled by Yogacourse.com Ltd. Deposits taken for yoga retreats are always non-refundable. If the retreat space is cancelled within 12 weeks of the start date, you will be asked to cover the costs already incured (this includes room/food/and any extras). If cancelled less than 8 weeks before the start date, you will be asked to pay the full amount. 

 

Instagram (Social Media) Giveaway Terms & Conditions:
This giveaway is organised by YogaCourse.com (Yoga Course Ltd).

To enter, participants must follow @Yogacourseonline on Instagram, like the giveaway post, tag friends in the comments, share to their Stories tagging @Yogacourseonline, and complete the entry form via the link in bio. Entries close on Monday 8th September 2025 at 8pm BST, and one winner will be randomly selected and announced via Instagram Stories and email the same evening.
