Yoga nidra is a transformative state of deep relaxation and one of the fastest-growing yoga practices in the world today. This accessible and Immersive Yoga Nidra CPD course carefully and purposefully blends the ancient roots of this practice to our modern-day outlooks and needs. The course encompasses the teachings of mindfulness and then goes beyond, into the experience of dissolving one’s self – of being completely absorbed in the experience of yoga (meaning to feel interconnected and whole). This Yoga Nidra CPD course will enable you to explore deep movements of meditation and skillfully enquire in to the structures of your self, which can ultimately lead to profound insight and healing. If you have completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, you can teach Yoga Nidra to students once you graduate.

The Yoga Nidra CPD course is for anybody who would like to fully immerse themselves in the practice of Yoga Nidra. A 200 hour teacher training course isn't essential to enrol on this course but is necessary if you would like to teach Yoga Nidra.
