Yoga Training - Online Vs Face-to-Face
If you aspire to become a yoga teacher, you may have encountered a common problem: lack of time. Attending yoga teacher training demands a significant time commitment, and it may not be feasible for you to take several weeks or months away from your routine.
If you're looking for a more flexible option than traditional face-to-face courses, online yoga teacher training might be a good fit for you. But what advantages does online training offer, and can it be as fulfilling as in-person training?
Yoga Training Online vs Face to Face
Online training involves accessing course content through an online platform. It enables you to use different devices like smartphones or laptops to access it at any time from anywhere. This flexibility allows you to balance training with other commitments like family, travel, or work.
The online world provides a very effective platform for learning. It can be an incredibly powerful way to communicate and learn.
If you attend a traditional yoga teacher training course in person, you may need to follow the schedule set for the group. This could mean that you miss out on areas of the training that you are particularly interested in. However, if you opt for online yoga teacher training, you have the benefit of more flexibility and time. This can give you the opportunity to explore topics in greater depth and become a more knowledgeable and skilled yoga teacher.
Choosing to enrol in an online yoga teacher training program has numerous benefits that can outweigh the advantages of a traditional in-person training environment. With online training, you have the ability to customise the program to fit your lifestyle while immersing yourself in the specific aspects of yoga that you're passionate about. Unlike in-person courses, online training offers unique advantages that are hard to come by.
Due to Covid19 pretty much everywhere you look there’s online yoga teacher training now.
So how do you find the right school for you?
