How to live a life of abundance

Abundance is not just about having a surplus of something; it's truly about recognising the never-ending flow of life’s blessings. It is more than just physical wealth or possessions, it extends to emotions, relationships, and all facets of life.

When you think about "abundance," what did you think about? A wealth of money, love, or a vast network of friends? Indeed, abundance can be all these things, but there's more to it. What if abundance is not just a condition or a lifestyle, but is life itself?

The universe we live in is boundless, void of scarcity. Abundance is the nature of life itself - manifested in every human, animal, and insect; in the diverse crops, plants, fruits, and vegetables that feed us. The limitless opportunities available to us, the warm sun nurturing life's growth, the supplemented drinking water from rainfall, fresh air, and the trees that purify it - all these are abundant gifts of nature. In Essence, LIFE IS ABUNDANCE. This understanding comes with the realisation that we too are abundance encapsulated!

Acknowledging the infinity of the universe inescapably means realising the existence of what we seek within us. Life’s abundance is innate to it and represents the complete manifestation of existence.

If infinite is a reality, then YOU ARE infinite. You are inseparable from the source of all life. Therefore, affluence is naturally a part of our true selves.

So what induces feelings of scarcity? Could it be our thoughts that present us with a rather convoluted picture of our desires? When we wish for something and it doesn't materialise instantly, we often perceive this as a lack. However, these aspirations can still actualise over time. If we succumb to narratives of inadequacy, shortage becomes our reality.

By quieting the narrative of scarcity in our minds and embracing the sense of absence, we find ourselves in an endless space filled with potential. What will happen when the incessant chatter about what's missing stops? That’s when we realise it’s not about what's missing, but about how everything remains available in abundance.

Our minds can easily trick us into a storyline of limitations, clouding our vision of life’s richness. Our belief system shapes our actions, thus shaping our reality. It's crucial, however, to understand that belief is not always truth - and only through intentional effort can our beliefs become tangible realities. The illusion is that these beliefs often present themselves as reality. Dwelling on a lack at any point is tantamount to denying life’s existence which couldn’t be further from the truth. Life is the only truth because it has no opposite.

Abundance isn't just another word; it's synonymous with life itself!

It’s not about believing in abundance as much as it is about recognising it within you and all around. When we focus on the incredible workings of our body and the constant chemical processes that keep us healthy, we start to see a clear picture of creation in action. This is evidence of the abundance that permeates everything.

The wisdom of the ancients and the foresight of the modernists agree - our minds hold the power to create. Like Buddha taught, "what we think, we become", or Shakespeare acknowledged, "nothing is, unless our thoughts make it so", or as Walt Disney declared, "if you can dream it, you can do it". Our most significant tool for success lies in positive thinking!

Understanding abundance is about recognising its existence and viewing life as it is. Whether you seek joy, wealth, peace, or love, it all already resides within you. This is the ultimate reminder that the illusion of scarcity is nonexistent.
