200 Hour YTT course vs. 300 Hour YTT course

Being a 200hr Yoga Teacher is a huge achievement, learning all the foundations you will need to be a competent and confident Yoga Teacher. It should enable you to lead a class and understand things such as sequencing, alignment, intention, breath work, anatomy, physiology, the history and philosophy.

200hr Yoga Teacher Training should mean you can answer the majority of questions your students will undoubtably have, and support any students with injuries who may needs modifications throughout your class.

It should give you the confidence to think on your feet and teach who you have in-front of you, not necessarily what you’ve planned.

300hr yoga qualification

With Yoga there is always more you can learn, and as a 200hr teacher you might be feeling like ‘what’s next?’ You might be craving some new inspiration for classes, want to be able to offer more philosophy knowledge, or be able to guide your students with more advanced sequencing and posture knowledge, and also have the ability to support them in that with assisting.

Good 300hr training should be able to help you achieve this and more!

300hr yoga training will show industry professionals and your students that you’re committed to furthering your education and being the best Yoga teacher you can be!

After completing the 300hr teacher training, you can register with Yoga Alliance International to be an advanced 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher. This is not something that everyone does and therefore it will truly set you apart from other teachers. It’s a huge investment in terms of yourself, but also your students and your teaching business.
